taking a break

i just finished major revisions on 2 SOPs, and my brain is fried! so i'm taking a break to defog my head.

i'm currently listening to live105, and i've realized what a shame it is that the bay area, has only one (ONE!) alternative/indie rock station. for a major metropolitan area in the US, this is embarrassing. there used to be another, but it was taken off the air in january and has turned into "la romantica". i wake up spanish love songs every morning since i've been too lazy to change my alarm clock. i did run across a station called "positive alternative", but when i realized that they give away new versions of the king james bible to listeners, i steered clear!

so live105 it is. i'm really into "signs of life" by every move a picture at the moment. it's very danceable and catchy. every time they've been in town i've missed them, but i have an inkling they may show up at coachella this year. woo hoo!

well, i finally caved in and have joined the rest of the universe in blogging happiness.

this blog will not be eloquent, it will not be polished, nor organized in any particular fashion. it will most certainly be random, uncapitalized, musically inclined, and potentially vulgar. i will, however, always spellcheck.
